Concept redefined.

In my previous post, I mentioned the abstract perspective of infinity being boundless and endless with inconsistent forms.

However, through more brainstorming I redefined my concept of infinity.

Infinity is my starting my point, curvilinear forms such as organic architecture my goal.

The Mobius Strip is a similar geometry that can become organic and represent the infinitude.

I put together a collage once again to aid my concept development process.

  1. Diego, you're on to something. Infinity in a linear timeline has no beginning or end, analogous to an organic phenomena called rhizomatic event. Rhizomatic derives from the Greek root Rhizo, meaning root. The idea is that in organic (Non abstract) phenomena, the root has no beginning or end. Just like the present, it's an infinite interval in time. The key is to continue using phenomenology as your guide bacause it will make associations with the organic. Because your initial hierogliphic is the mobius strip, I would read some Heidegger, in particular his earlier readings which derived from Husserl
